How to book a medical home visit in Baghdad

Your journey with us, step by step

Here is exactly what happens, from choosing a service to the follow-up after the visit.

  1. Step 1: Choose a service

    Pick what the patient needs: a doctor visit, home nursing, lab tests, ultrasound and X-ray, physiotherapy, elderly care, specialist procedures or medical equipment rental.

    • You can book for yourself or for a family member.
    • Not sure which service fits? Message us and ask.

  2. Step 2: Send your request

    Use whichever way is easiest for you; they all reach us directly:

    • Booking page
    • WhatsApp message
    • Phone call
    • Include the patient's name, address and area.
    • Say which service you need and briefly describe the condition.

  3. Step 3: Get confirmation

    We contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the time and price.

    • You pay a 25% confirmation fee to secure the appointment, by Qi Card or ZainCash.
    • We send you the names of the staff who will come to your home.

  4. Step 4: We visit your home

    The team sets off as soon as your booking is confirmed, and we reach you as fast as we can.

    • Arrival time depends on how far your area is, the roads and traffic.
    • You can check who has arrived against the names we sent you.
    • Pay the rest when the team arrives: Qi Card, ZainCash or cash.

  5. Step 5: After the visit

    Our care doesn't end at your door.

    • The doctor writes a prescription and report when the condition calls for it.
    • Test results reach you on WhatsApp as a PDF.
    • A follow-up with the doctor within 24 hours to discuss results and check on the patient.
    • If the patient needs hospital care, we help with the transfer.

Rescheduling or cancelling

  1. Before your booking is confirmed

    You can change the time.

  2. After confirmation, before the team sets off

    We keep your confirmation fee until we book you a new time.

  3. After the team has set off

    The confirmation fee is not refunded.

If you cancel the booking altogether, the confirmation fee is not refunded.

If you cancel the booking, the confirmation fee is not refunded. You can change the time before the booking is confirmed. After confirmation, if the team has already set off, the fee is not refunded; if it has not, we keep the fee until we book you a new time.

We send your test results on WhatsApp as a PDF file.
